Guaranteed salary of $140,000-$190,000 with $50,000 sign-on/retention bonus & eligible for up to $300,000 loan repayment with a 3-year service obligation.

Our dental clinic has state of the art equipment with 13 operatories. Our staff, which includes a full-time and part-time dentist, is kind, compassionate, helpful, and experienced. Responsibilities
Provide clinical dental services to patients to prevent or eliminate dental disease
Utilize quality improvement methods to ensure and maintain efficient and effective clinic processes, including patient flow
Monitor clinical productivity and review clinical reports as needed
Willingness to assist Dental Manager and Lead RDA in supervising the dental staff and assuring the clinic is compliant with State and Federal guidelines
Ensure compliance with rules and regulations prescribed by the Tennessee Board of Dentistry and the Tennessee Department of Health essential to the control of preventable diseases and maintenance of dental health
Treat Virginia Medicaid and TennCare dental patients
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality patient care and treatment outcomes
Maintain proper, detailed and accurate dental records
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
Dental licensure in the State of Tennessee
Unrestricted DEA license
Excellent clinical skills
Strong computer skills

Accounting Assistant
Healing Hands Health provides quality, community-supported care to individuals who are underserved in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. We are looking for a professional and experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team! In this position, you will report to the Director of Finance and support the accounting functions to achieve organizational goals and to ensure that all compliance obligations are met.
Applicant should possess a minimum of one year of relevant, hands-on accounting experience and strong knowledge of accepted accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks along with excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills are required. The ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others is essential. Candidate should also be detail oriented, organized, able to problem solve and work independently and accurately under general supervision.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable in QuickBooks accounting software
Log donations into QuickBooks and generate donor letters
Oversee collection of patient fees and reconcile cash drawers
Process bank deposits in a timely manner
Oversee payroll administration
Generate 1096 and 1099 Forms
Oversee benefits enrollment and administration as well as COBRA compliance
Assist with the annual audit and assemble information for external auditor who prepares the 990
Assist with grant preparation and management as needed
Assist with events and fundraisers as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Front Office Dental Associate
Healing Hands Health is a charitable, faith-based ministry providing healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured residents of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Healing Hands Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are looking for a caring, professional, and experienced Front Office Dental Associate to join our team! Please only apply if you have experience working in a dental front office. You will oversee patient flow and daily operations in the dental front office. You will act as the ‘face’ of our clinic and ensure patients receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, appointments, charting, and processing payments. As the Front Office Dental Associate, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to deal efficiently and compassionately with patients who may be experiencing pain or stress about seeing the dentist. Ultimately, you should be able to provide a professional and friendly experience to our patients while also coordinating their care with our dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists.
Responsibilities
Greets patients at check-in, and assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments
Prepares patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff. Updates patient records and documents. Performs general office duties, such as electronic records, photocopying, emailing, scanning, and faxing
Communicates with the dentists and coordinates the dentists’ schedules. Confirms upcoming dental appointments (schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments). Effectively communicates with the front and back office regarding patients’ needs
Ensures dental procedure codes are accurately entered into the database. Closes out the end of the day and the money drawer, ensures office cleanliness, and maintains a professional reception area.
Assists with the administration of grant funded programs, including TennCare and VA Medicaid benefits.
Skills - Please do NOT submit an application unless you have at least one year experience working in a Dental Front Office.
Dental front office experience (minimum 1 year required)
Patterson Eaglesoft experience is a plus but not mandatory
Dental Assistant experience is a plus but not mandatory
Minimum High School diploma; additional certification is a plus
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis
Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Excellent communication and people skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Pay is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
