Appointment-only annual health fair event open to all residents of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia that include wellness checkups, school sports physicals, blood sugar checks, mental health screenings/consults, pap smears, lab work, and more at no cost to you.

About our Free Annual Health Fair Event

In partnership with ETSU Quillen College of Medicine, we offer a free annual health fair. The Free Health Fair is open to anyone, whether you have health insurance or not!

The following health services are provided:

  • Medical Exams/Acute Visits (Includes Blood Pressure check, Blood Sugar checks, Cholesterol & labs)

  • School & Sports Physicals (Bring your state form)

  • Mental Health Assessments

  • EKGs

  • Chest X-Rays

  • Pap Smears

  • Prostate Exams

  • Mammograms

  • Vaccines (T-Dap, Flu, Hep A, Hep B, Covid)

  • Pharmacy Consults (Bring your list of medications)

  • Any Other Health Concerns

  • Health Education & Resources

  • Narcan Training

  • and more!
